118 Degrees Cooking with the Chef Classes

Monthly classes offered twice monthly featuring a 3 course menu at each class, class includes your meal, hands on class instruction and all recipe materials with international cookbook author and 118 executive chef Jenny Ross.
2 hour classes- First Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30pm, Third Sundays 6:00-8:00pm

Class size limited to 50 people. Optional wine pairing: $20/pp

We serve nothing but the freshest gourmet living cuisine- all of our menu items are lovingly prepared, by hand, daily using local organic produce wherever possible.
Aka "Raw Foods" our cuisine is entirely plant-based made from fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds & sprouted grains-all prepared at 118 Degrees or lower to preserve valuable nutrients.
We are dairy free, soy free, wheat free & high in enzymes, vitamins and minerals!
