January: Raw Food BASICS

5 Simple Recipes to incorporate into your daily diet. 2 demonstration style recipes and 3 hands-on. Learn the Supergreen Smoothie, Kale Salad with Savory Garlic Dressing, Lemon Pesto Pasta with Pistachio Pesto, Simple Sushi Roll and Chocolate Go Go Balls. For this month only class will be held on SUNDAY.

February: Heart Healthy Foods

5 Heart Enchancing Recipes to incorporate into your daily diet. 2 demonstration style recipes and 3 hands-on. Learn the 3 Berry Salad, Green Curry Soup, Shaved Vegetable Salad, Chocolate Gelato, and Chocolate Turtles.

March: Introduction into Fit Foodie Entrees

5 Intermediate Recipes, demonstration style. Learn the Mole Enchiladas, Verde Tacos, Olive Pizza, Kelp Noodle Alfredo and Apple Cobbler.

April: Earth Day Farmer's Market Extravaganza! (Third Tuesday 5-7)

Taste a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables grown from your local farms in OC and talk to the farmer! Then we will make 3 delicious dishes all hands on! Enjoy Vegetable Carpaccio, Tomato Stacks, and Fresh Fruit Dessert Bars with 2 Decadent Dessert Sauces~

May: Everyday Health Habits

Learn how best to create a daily health routine that suits your lifestyle and incorporate these 4 recipes for brain health, cardiovascular health, strength and energy! 2 demonstrate and 2 hands on recipes. Coconut Parfait, Quinoa Falafel Cups, New Mexico Nachos, and Chocolate Cherry Bars.

June: Summer's Best

5 Simple Recipes to incorporate into your daily diet. 2 demonstration style recipes and 3 hands-on. Learn the how and why to shop seasonally, experience a local CSA program and learn the recipes that will empower your summer. We will teach 3 savory and 2 sweet recipes based on what is ripe and in season.

Recipes are chosen the week of the class and will use the freshest in local produce featuring 3 savory and one sweet dish per class based on the theme.
